What is your leadership sweet spot?


Is it operational grip? Is it motivating people? Or is it a blend of both?


So much of how we lead is shaped by the organisations we work in, but plenty of it comes from internal drivers too.


What I notice about successful leaders is that they don't pick one mode and stick. They balance. They move. They shift their weight depending on the context, depending on what they find when they walk into the room.


The sweet spot isn't a fixed point. It's the ability to read where you are and adjust.
