What we do
Facilitation
As a facilitator, I start from a point of neutrality and objectivity, I listen to truly understand what’s been said and, where appropriate, question to draw out views and opinions. I do this to ensure I help guide the group or team to their desired outcome.

I believe the qualities I bring are the ability to create a safe and inclusive environment that encourages participation and collaboration. I also bring strong time management and process management skills, adaptability to keep the group on track, and the ability to effectively engage with a wide range of individuals.

Key Skills: Neutrality and objectivity: As a facilitator, I must be impartial, operating without a personal agenda; this is critical to guide the group through decision-making processes effectively.
Active listening: When I am facilitating, I work hard to tune in, I want participants to feel heard; this type of listening is done whilst processing significant amounts of information to keep discussions on track.
Clear communication: I communicate clearly and concisely to keep the group focused and informed.
Strong organisational skills: This includes creating agendas, preparing materials, and providing structure for the discussion to keep things moving toward the desired outcome.
