As a speaker, I believe I bring passion, clarity and confidence to my subject talks. My areas of expertise are: Organisational Change, Leadership, Organisational Effectiveness, Culture Change and Transformation, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).

I have over 3 decades of consulting, business coaching and advisory experience, working with companies and C-suite executives on a range of multi-year change initiatives.

I am the founder of Gamea Consulting, a niche advisory and consultancy practice, renowned for leading/supporting complex organisational change initiatives. Gamea Consulting’s clients range from global financial services organisations to entrepreneurial led SMEs.

I hold an MSc in People and Organisational Development from the University of Sussex. My passion is helping people and teams to think about and ultimately do what they thought was impossible. In my presentations, I focus on how developing individuals and teams can create a culture that drives organisational performance.

I am married to Lindsay, we have two children and 4 fish, and believe life is something to embrace and hold dear. We all only have one life, therefore we all need to live, love and care for others.
